Mobi Headphonies were inspired by urban vinyl figures, a style of designer and collector toy that has recently become very popular (while Headphonies speakers aren't actually vinyl, they share many of the same characteristics).
The speakers feature a stout humanoid shape with an oversized head, but all with a unique character. They are also an ideal collector's item: each Headphonies speaker was designed by a different artist and is only available for a limited time.
The Skully Headphonies figure has a unique personality and attitude all its own. It is imprinted with skeletal designs, including cartoon bones on its chest and arms.
Its face is an endearing cartoon cat skull, making this Headphonies character a unique blend of cute and macabre. Skully brings a mix of edgy and sweet to collectors who want to play tunes or just keep it on their desk.
Impressive Sound, Tiny Footprint
At 3 inches tall and weighing only 4 ounces, Headphonies are compact enough to fit into your pocket or handbag. In spite of their compact size, Headphonies microspeakers have some serious playback capabilities. Each Headphonies figure has a round speaker grille on the back of its head, concealing the speaker underneath. Using amplified DSP (digital signal processor) circuitry, the loudspeaker provides clear bass and frequency response, pumping out your music in tight detail, without the tinny distortion that usually plagues portable speakers. You also have the option of linking two Headphonies together with an audio splitter (sold separately) to achieve true stereo sound.

At 3 inches tall and weighing only 4 ounces, Headphonies are compact enough to fit into your pocket or handbag. As long as you have an MP3 player or other mobile device, you'll be able to play back your music wherever you go--whether you're on the road, at your desk, or in the company of friends.
Compatible with a Range of Mobile Devices
Headphonies speakers are compatible with a variety of mobile gadgets, including iPods, iPhones, Nintendo DS, Sony PSP, and more, and can used as your computer speakers as well. It includes a cable for connecting to your device as well as a charging cable for the internal battery. The internal battery can be charged in approximately one hour with a playback time of up to six hours per charge. To save on energy, Headphonies automatically power down when not in use.
